Autumn Welcome Banner (Machine Embroidery)
In this class we will play with gorgeous Fall colors in our embroidery machines. The banner is constructed in pieces, called "tiles" that we will then sew together to construct the banner. After taking this class, you will be prepared to embark on construction of the large tiled scenes that are so popular on the embroidery websites. Class fee includes fabric and SF101 required to make the project. Participants must bring heavy cutaway stabilizer, embroidery machine and thread. Software for the project can be downloaded at OESD (click here!). Software must be downloaded and brought to the first class.

Requirements:
Participants must bring software (see link above), heavy cutaway stabilizer, embroidery machine, prewound bobbins in black and white, the following list of hoops and the following list of Exquisite thread (or equivalent in another brand).
Hoops: Janome 14b (other brands hoop to accommodate a 6x8 embroidery area); Janome 20b (8 x 8 embroidery area); Janome 36b (9 x 15 embroidery area). If you do not have a hoop large enough for the 9x15 embroidery area, you can make an alternate version of the banner that reads "hello" instead of welcome.
