Cozy Christmas Chenille Quilt: Limited Availability!

Making this cozy quilt is fun with a product called Chenille It! In this class you will make a quilt sandwich with your panel, batting and backing, and then sew the Chenille strips on top of your sandwich. The process of sewing on the strips will also provide the quilting! When you have finished this class, you will have learned a technique that you can apply to panels for cozy baby quilts or use on any panel.
Included in the cost of this class are the panel, and all of the Chenille It you will need to complete the quilt top and binding. Additional items that will be required to participate in the class are backing fabric, batting and thread to match your backing fabric. How much you need and what all the options are will be discussed at the first class. Cost of backing and batting depends on what choices you make. Of course you can use fabric from home if you have enough!
While we always provide fully stocked sewing stations, owners of a Janome M7 are encouraged to bring their machines to class (You will not need it for the first class). The large throat space and additional features of this machine make it worth hauling to class for this project.
This class will involve homework! Please note the date skipped in November; that is intentional.
