Upcycled Jacket
Purchase a menswear jacket from a thrift shop (or your husband's closet!) and add wool patchwork to make it longer and more feminine. All work will be completed in class, and you will leave with a new jacket for Fall. You provide the jacket and you will purchase the pattern and wool squares at class.

We will use a serger to make the jackets. Prior serger experience isn't necessary, but basic machine skills are.

Requirements:
Must bring a menswear suit jacket that fits you well in the shoulders and chest. These can be found at resale shops in excellent condition. If you want to have it cleaned, please do so prior to class.
