This class is not for a beginning sewist: basic machine and sewing skills are absolutely necessary for this class. You are right for this class if you can identify and have used a walking foot and a zipper foot. Review of proper use will be given, but you must have some familiarity with these feet. When class is finished, you will have a completed duffle pouch and basic understanding of the importance of stabilizers in bag making, an introduction to the unique hardware used in bag making, and be ready for a more advanced bag project.
